We will contact you soon after you submit your order online, to confirm details of your order, and obtain your payment details.
There are no additional fees or charges for paying with credit cards. Payments must be approved, prior to the release of goods.
When payment has completed and approved, we will email you a tax Invoice/Receipt.
PickUp
You can opt for picking up your furniture yourself to save the delivery cost.
Furniture can be picked up from our shop, or from our supplier's warehouses

Please note, you can not collect assembled items from our warehouses, you can only collect flat pack boxes. (This does not apply to some chairs, which come assembled).
Orders can be collected between 8.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holiday's). Let us know when you will be collecting, and we will have your item/s ready for you.
Furniture orders can be collected directly from our supplier's warehouse provided that, the purchase has been processed, and payment has been made. Payment can not be made at the warehouses.
Print and take your receipt, and show to the dispatch clerk, as proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for checking that they have collected/loaded each piece of their order from dispatch.
The customer or whoever is assigned the task to collect the goods on behalf of the Customer, will sign for their goods at dispatch, once collected/loaded. Once goods are signed for, PRBM Office Supplies is no responsible for any cartons/boxes that may be missing from your collection.

Delivery Times
We will confirm the delivery date via phone or email, when payment has been made. All deliveries will arrive during business hours, on the day. The delivery driver will phone when they are approximately 1 hour away. We cannot give exact arrival times.
Assembly
Prices shown on the web are for flat pack supply only.
We can assemble and install any amount of furniture, from a single desk, to complete office fit out.
Assembly costs can be quoted at the time of confirming your order.
